Artist Permissions

My Art may ONLY be used under the following circumstances:
•For a Non-profit(Non-commercial) website.
• USING MY ART FOR MERCHANDISE (E-CARDS, CROSS STITCH PATTERNS, CRAFTS, ETC.) WITHOUT A LICENSING AGREEMENT OR PERMISSION IS STEALING FROM ME, AND AGAINST THE LAW.
• Absolutely NO stationary, signatures, banners, web sets, psp tubes, skins, or any of the other hundreds of ways the art might be used. It may only be displayed just like it is now shown in the galleries - in its complete and unedited form. (Only resizing is allowed). Do Not Stretch or Disfigure the piece in any way.
• DO NOT REMOVE COPYRIGHT WATERMARK, IT IS THERE FOR A REASON.
• The Images are NOT to be "REDISTRIBUTED" ( in MSN Groups, Graphics Trading sites, etc.) in ANY WAY!
• The Text © Jodi Horne and the year (i.e. 2005) MUST accompany each and every image.
